Our Meal Philosophy
Start your day with something new everyday. Our breakfast options range from 300-400 calories.
Every salad is packed with leafy greens and 4oz of protein. Ranging between 550-750 calories, our salads will keep you fueled throughout your day. Dressing always comes on the side so you can swap it out or use what you'd like.
Dinners are between 550-700 calories with 4.5 -5oz of protein, 6-8 oz of vegetables and 4-5oz of a gluten-free starch.
All of our meals can be made vegan! Plant-based Lunches + Dinners are 100% vegan. If you'd like Breakfasts to be vegan as well, please specify in check-out.
