We give you the flexibility of changing your meal plan as your diet changes. With a subscription, you can swap between a plant-based meal plan or wellness meal plan every week if you wish!

Our wellness meal plan contains lean animal proteins and eggs. Our plant-based plan does contain eggs with our breakfast offerings however can be made completly vegan by adding ‘vegan’ into your allergies at checkout. Lunches and dinners within our plant-based meal plan are entirely vegan.
